A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei, as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1972.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8.1 perches situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, City of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., being part Lot 4, D.R.O. Plan W. 65; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26086 (S.O. 47164) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in Manukau City Council

Pursuant to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Manukau City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 31 March 1969*, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land being part old bed Otara Creek, situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, containing an area of 3.7 perches, and shown edged red on plan D.P. 47238.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Kapi Mana Sub-branch of the Wellington Branch, Order 1972.
- The Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Kapi Mana Sub-branch of the Wellington Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of the sheltered workshop at Campbell House, Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, from:(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.

Pursuant to section 140 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Northland Harbour Board to sell, or contract to sell, and remove stone upon or under the land held for harbour works described in the Schedule hereto. The term of this authority shall be 10 years.
