PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Civilian Maimed Association Northland Branch Incorporated Order 1972.

The Civilian Maimed Association Northland Branch Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of the sheltered workshop at 200–204 Bank Street, Whangarei, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby give the following notice.
NOTICE
THE residence site licence registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Westport as No. 9211, and described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
RESIDENCE site licence registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Westport as No. 9211, affecting all that area of land containing 1 rood and 9 perches, more or less, situate at part Ngakawau Township, and being surveyed Section No. 15, and being all that land entered in Volume 1D, folio 358 (Nelson Registry).

PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
PART Section 1A, Square 143, situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 74, folio 189 (limited as to parcels). Area, 1 rood and 7.76 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 8889L).
Also Section 5, Block I, Ngakawau Survey District: area, 2 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 8889L).
Save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals, and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons legally entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
