A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY
PART Section 48, Block VIII, Wyndham Survey District: area, 2 acres and 24.7 perches, more or less; as shown on S.O. Plan 8173 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1972.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods and 13.2 perches situated in Block XII, Maramarua Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 13566; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26076 (S.O. 45750) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 18.2 perches situated in Block XII, Maramarua Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 13566; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26076 (S.O. 45750) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
