ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, bounded by a line commencing in Block III, Kaipara Survey District, at the junction of the middle of the Rauhori Stream and the production of the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N64, Makarau Parish, shown on D.P. 3068 and proceeding north-easterly and south-easterly along the boundary of the Kaipara Pest Destruction District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1971, page 1680, to the westernmost corner of Allotment 112, Waiwera Parish, in Block I, Waiwera Survey District; thence westerly along the northern boundary of Allotment E111, Waiwera Parish, along a right line across Wainui Tahekeroa Road to and along the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 34398; and southerly generally along the western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 34398, the western end of a public road and the western boundaries of Allotments W118, N117, M117, S117, N116, M116, S116, Waiwera Parish, and easterly along the southern boundary of that Allotment S116 in Block V, Waiwera Survey District, the intervening southern end of a public road, the southern boundary of Allotment 37, the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 38, the southern boundary of Allotment 434, again the southern boundary of Allotment 38, the southern boundary of Allotment 433, along a right line across Wainui Waiwera Road and again the southern boundary of Allotment 38 to and southerly along the western boundary of Allotment 108 in Block VI, Waiwera Survey District, along a right line across the Wainui Silverdale Road to and along the western boundary of Allotment 371 all the aforesaid allotments being of Waiwera Parish, the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 26000, and that boundary produced to the middle of a public road and along the middle of that public road forming the western boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Allotments 104A and 104, Pukeatua Parish, to a point in line with the south-western boundary of the said Allotment 104 in Block X, Waiwera Survey District; thence to and along that last-mentioned boundary, the western boundary of Allotment 245, the western and southern boundaries of Allotment N246, the western boundary of Allotment S247 all the aforesaid allotments being of Pukeatua Parish and the production of the last-named boundary to the middle of a public road forming the south-western boundary of that Allotment S247; thence southerly generally along the middle of the last-named public road to and along the middle of Hawkes Access Road to and along the middle of Whitehills Road to and south-westerly generally along the middle of Kahikatea Flat Road and the middle of the public road forming the generally eastern boundary of Allotment NE73, Pukeatua Parish, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 72; thence to and along that north-western boundary and the south-western boundary of the said Allotment 72 to and along the generally northern and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 76 and the last-named boundary produced to and along the middle of a public road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments NE66, SW66, and 54, and continuing along the middle of Horseshoe Bush Road and south-easterly along the middle of Burne Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 39 in Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District; thence south-westerly to and along that south-eastern boundary and the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 38, all the aforesaid allotments being of Pukeatua Parish and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Blackbridge Road; thence westerly generally along the middles of that road and Bald Hill Road and continuing along the middle of a public road forming the northern boundary of Section 17H, Riverhead Homestead Settlement, to the junction of that middle line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 4, Pukeatua Parish, in Block XV, Kaipara Survey District; thence southerly along that boundary of Allotment 4 to its southern-most corner and due south to the north-eastern boundary of Section 14, Block XV, Kaipara Survey District; thence again generally westerly along the generally northern boundaries of that Section 14, and the last-mentioned boundary produced across Peak Road to and along the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Section 8 to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 9, thence across Shanks Road to and along the generally north-western boundaries of that Section 9, the north-western boundaries of Section 12, all

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Allotment 112, Waiwera Parish, in Block I, Waiwera Survey District, and proceeding easterly, south-easterly, and westerly generally along the boundary of the Kaipara Pest Destruction District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1971, page 1680, to the junction on the right bank of the Weiti River of the afore-mentioned boundary with the middle of the public road forming the north-western boundary of Lots 11, 1, and 2, D.P. 36235, in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of the said public road and the middle of East Coast Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 58762; thence westerly generally to and along the generally northern boundaries of that Lot 3 and Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 58762, along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 52889, and that boundary produced to the middle of State Highway No. 1 in Block X, Waiwera Survey District, and north-westerly along the middles of that State highway and the public road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 7, Okura Parish, and Lots 23 and 25, Deeds Plan 1375, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of that Lot 25; thence to and along the last-mentioned north-western boundary, the north-western boundaries of Lots 24, 22, 20, and 19, Deeds Plan 1375, and westerly generally along the generally southern boundary of Allotment 233, Okura Parish, and continuing along the generally northern boundaries of Allotment 318, Pukeatua Parish, the northern end of a public road, the northern boundaries of Allotments NE257, SW257, and 256, to and along the eastern boundary of Allotment W255, and the intervening eastern boundary of Allotment 255A, all the aforesaid allotments being of Pukeatua Parish and the eastern boundary of the said Allotment W255 produced to the middle of Pine Valley Road and along the middles of that road and Kahikatea Flat Road to and northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the afore-described Ward 4 to the point of commencement including all adjacent islands in the Orewa River.

Plan 26827 in Block V, Waitemata Survey District; thence generally northerly along the middle of that area of 26 acres and 1 rood, being State forest, New Zealand Gazette, 1933, page 394, to and north-easterly along the middle of an area of 36 acres and 20 perches and then north-westerly along the middle of an area of 8 acres 3 roods 22 perches, both areas shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 26823 and then north-easterly generally along the middles of areas of 14 acres 3 roods 18 perches and 3 acres 3 roods 32 perches, the two last-mentioned areas being shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 26821, all the aforesaid areas being State forest, New Zealand Gazette, 1933, page 394, to its junction in Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District, with the middle of Blackbridge Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that road to and north-easterly generally along the afore-described south-eastern boundary of Ward 4 and generally southern boundary of Ward 5 to the point of commencement.
