Kaipara Pest Destruction District as described in New Zealand
Gazette, 1971, page 1680; thence westerly along that district
boundary to its intersection in Block VI, Kumeu Survey
District, with the middle of the Newmarket-Opua Railway;
thence northerly generally along the generally eastern boundary
of Ward 3, afore-described, to a point in the middle of that
part of the Kaipara River abutting the Newmarket-Opua
Railway in line with the southern boundary of Lot 9, D.P.
45027, in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District; thence easterly
along the boundary of the aforesaid Pest Destruction District
to the southernmost corner of Allotment 89, Ararimu Parish,
on the north-western side of Inland Road and along the
southern boundary of the afore-described Ward 4 to the point
of commencement.

Licensing Arthur James Rabarts to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Tuateawa

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of
the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Arthur James
Rabarts (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a
part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Tuateawa as shown
on plan marked M.D. 14434 and deposited in the office of the
Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan; such
licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS
  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
    1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
    as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st
    day of March 1972.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars
    ($10), and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
    thirteen dollars ($13).

Acquisition of Land as the Kaukapakapa Estuary Scientific Reserve

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired as a scientific reserve subject to the
provisions of Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953,
to be the Kaukapakapa Estuary Scientific Reserve.

Lot 1, D.P. 65377, being part Allotment 68, Kaukapakapa
Parish, situated in Block X, Kaipara Survey District: area,

Fixing the Ward Representation of the Kaipara Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 216 Ag. 20891A)

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Controlled (Non-
    Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971, Amendment No. 6,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Controlled

(as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans
Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to
