A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori
Land Court by an order dated the 14th day of July 1971, to be
road.

All those pieces of land situated in Blocks III and IV, Uawa
Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., described as

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur
Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical institute as
from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day
of February 1972.
