CORRIGENDUM
In the notice published in Gazette, 20 January 1972, No. 3, p. 117, for the words "Moara Ave" read "Maara Ave" which last mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 4th day of February 1972, published in Gazette, 17 February 1972, No. 15, pp. 306–309, declaring an open season for game in acclimatisation districts of the North Island, Wanganui Acclimatisation District, for “Decoy limit: 5” read “Decoy limit: 25”, which last mentioned number appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY
Part Lot 1, D.P. 3750, being part Section 14, Block IV, Oteramika Hundred: area, 2 acres 3 roods 0.2 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1043,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 8190). Part certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 274.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of February 1972.
