PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the
Maori Land Court by an order dated the 11th day of August
1971, to be road.
