CORRIGENDUM

IN the Schedule to the Declaration dated the 5th day of November 1971, published in the Gazette, 25 November 1971, No. 93, page 2635, declaring land taken for a State Primary School in the Borough of Mataura, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the words “Lots 3 to 6 (inclusive) and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 2357” read “Lots 3 to 16 (inclusive) and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 2357” which last-mentioned words appear in the original Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Water Pipeline Easement and a Right of Way Over Land Taken for Harbour Works in Blocks VI and VII, Ruakaka Survey District, County of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that a water pipeline easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line or lines of pipes under, along, or over the land described in the said First Schedule and to use the line or lines of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, and, secondly, for the Northland Harbour Board, its servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass with or without horses, or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the said First Schedule, and hereby proclaims and declares that a right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned, the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Northland Harbour Board, its servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees at all times to go, pass, and repass with or without motor and other vehicles, horses, plant, machinery, and other vehicles of any kind over and along the said land described in the said Second Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of February 1972.
