Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control

Purposes and to be Crown Land, Subject to Mining Rights
and a Fencing Covenant in Blocks XI and XII, Rangiriri
Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby: (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly
described to the mining rights created by conveyance No.
2881F (F2/786), No. 385589 (R 537/251), 249229 (R 257/519)
and 249230 (R 257/520) and subject also to the fencing covenant contained in conveyance No. 385589 (R 537/251), and as
to the land secondly described to the mining right reserved by
transfer No. 100061, South Auckland Land Registry, for soil
conservation and river control purposes from and after the
11th day of December 1972; and (b) further declares the
land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land
for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 from and after the
11th day of December 1972, subject to the said mining rights
and fencing covenant.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 29.4 perches
situated in Blocks XI and XII, Rangiriri Survey District, being
part Lot 1, D.P. S. 7507; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26777 (S.O. 46615)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Also, all that piece of land containing 28 acres 2 roods
24 perches, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Rangiriri Survey
District, being Allotment 23A, Parish of Taupiri. All certificate
of title, Volume 267, folio 17, South Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and
river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay
Catchment Board from and after the 11th day of December
1972.

Wanganui Catchment Board from and after the 11th day of

convey water specified in easement certificate No. 52684
created by transfer No. 60055 and subject to the fencing
covenant contained in transfer No. 60055, for an automatic
telephone exchange from and after the 11th day of December
1972.
