Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a Road in Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District,
Wairoa County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Margaret Olive Benton, of Morere,
widow, and Leigh Joblin, of Wairoa, farmer, as executors,
under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 268, recorded
in register book, Volume 8, folio 124, Hawke’s Bay Land
Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and
after the 11th day of December 1972.
