Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks, Subject to Certain Rights, in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 311747, North Auckland Land Registry, and to the water easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 541450, North Auckland Land Registry, and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority from and after the 11th day of December 1972.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby: (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights created by conveyances 2881F (F2/786) and 249229 (R257/519), South Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 11th day of December 1972; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, from and after the 11th day of December 1972, subject to the said mining rights.
