All that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the western side of Cutts Crescent with the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road; thence north-westerly generally along the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road to the southern bank of the Paremoremo Creek; thence easterly generally along the said bank of the said creek to a point due north of a point on Paremoremo Block Road, 25 chains measured south-easterly generally along Paremoremo Block road from Cutts Crescent; thence due south by a right line to the said point on the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road; thence north-westerly generally along the northern side of the said road to the commencing point.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 6 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State Highway from Oteha Stream bridge to the northern end of Bush Road).

Land Taken for Better Utilisation Adjoining the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri Railway Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes. This declaration shall take effect from and after the 6th day of December 1971.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY

Being parts of the land comprised and described in Gazette, 1957, p. 1310, Proclamation No. S. 127263, South Auckland Land Registry.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon marked and coloured as above-mentioned.
