Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage a Reserve, and Declaration that the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Said Act
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control and manage the reserve for public utility purposes described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said reserve shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.
