The Johnsonville Methodist Church Cemetery Closing Notice 1971

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Johnsonville Methodist Church Cemetery Closing Notice 1971.

2. It is hereby directed that the burial ground known as the Johnsonville Methodist Church Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of June 1972.

SCHEDULE

JOHNSONVILLE METHODIST CHURCH CEMETERY

ALL that piece of land in the City of Wellington containing 23.9 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 32689, being part Section 12, Porirua District, situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, No. 9B/278 (Wellington Registry).
