Acquisition of Land as Matata Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-WHAKATANE COUNTY-MATATA SCENIC RESERVE

ALLLOTMENT 227, Matata Parish, situated in Blocks I, II, and VI, Awaateatua Survey District: area, 627 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 10A, folio 600 (S.O. Plans 28402 and 28406).

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land, subject to the right-of-way easement reserved by transfer 98621, Gisborne Land Registry.
