Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Blocks II and III, Gibson Survey District, Waimate County

Pursuant to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby: (a) authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for the development of water power (Aviemore water power scheme) to recreation purposes, which shall be a secondary use of the said land, and (b) specifies that Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 shall apply to the said land.

Easement Over Land Taken for Drainage Purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross is hereby taken for drainage purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the Christchurch Drainage Board from and after the 22nd day of November 1971, the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the said Board from time to time and at all times to drain and discharge water (whether rain, tempest, spring, soakage, or seepage water) in any quantities along, under, through, over, or across the said parcels of land by means of underground pipes or open drains and with the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege to lay, place, and maintain or to have laid, placed, and maintained, a line of pipes of a sufficient internal diameter and of a suitable material for the purpose under or over the surface of the said parcels of land and in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of any such pipeline, the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the said Board, its servants, agents, and workmen, with any tools, implements, machinery, vehicles, or equipment of whatsoever nature necessary for the purpose, to enter upon the land over which the easement is created and to remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of constructing, laying, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, maintaining, and renewing the pipeline or open drain or any part thereof and of opening up the soil of that land to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable in that regard, subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the land and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.
