revoke all existing appointments of wharves at Auckland as
detailed in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 1968, No. 50,
page 1350.

SCHEDULE

PORT OF AUCKLAND

  1. The wharf limits comprise all the land and structures,
    excepting those areas of land coloured yellow and described
    in the note hereto, situated on the harbour side of a line
    coloured green of M.D. Plan 14110 deposited with the Customs
    Department, commencing at a point in the east at Tamaki
    Drive marked A on the said plan, thence proceeding generally
    westwards and ending on the foreshore adjacent to Poore
    Street, at a point marked B, and bounded on the north, east,
    and west by the waters of the Waitemata Harbour.

  2. Onehunga Wharf—Those portions of the foreshore and
    harbour works within the Manukau Harbour within the area
    marked in red on the plan marked M.D. 12443, deposited in
    the office of the Marine Department, Wellington.

  3. Chelsea Wharf—A 734-ft-long off-shore structure of
    irregular shape, under control of the New Zealand Sugar Co.
    Ltd.

Land Subject to the Land Act 1948

Pursuant to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the
Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—RUNANGA BOROUGH

SECTIONS 35 and 36, Block XXXVIII, Town of Runanga,
situated in Block III, Cobden Survey District: area, 2 roods
and 8.1 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 3033), save and
excepting to Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal
and all other minerals or metals, and reserving to Her Majesty
the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said
coal, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and
regress under the said land.

Section 38, Block XXXVIII, Town of Runanga, situated in
Block III, Cobden Survey District: area, 1 rood and 1 perch,
more or less (S.O. Plan 1089), save and excepting to Her
Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other
minerals or metals, and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen
and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal,
minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress
under the said land.

Section 51, Block XXXVIII, Town of Runanga, situated in
Block III, Cobden Survey District: area, 1 rood and 2 perches,
more or less (S.O. Plan 4125), save and excepting to Her
Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other
minerals or metals and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen
and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal,
minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress
under the said land.

Sections 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, and 69, Block XXXVIII, Town
of Runanga, situated in Block III, Cobden Survey District:
area, 55 acres and 10.9 perches, more or less (S.O. Plans 5153
and 5733), save and excepting to Her Majesty the Queen
all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals,
and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons law-
fully entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a
right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 16, and 21, Block II, D.P. 148, being part
Section 4, Square 124, situated in Block III, Cobden Survey
District: area, 1 acre 3 roods 9.5 perches, more or less. Part
certificate of title, Volume 2A, folio 1079, reserving and except-
ing to the Bank of New South Wales, its successors and
assigns, the right to the minerals beneath the surface of the
above-described lots with full power and authority to work,
hew, and get the said minerals by underground working with-
out entering upon or in any manner affecting or exercising any
rights or powers whatsoever in or over the surface of the said
land.

Lots 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, Block III, D.P.
148, being part Section 4, Square 124, situated in Block III,
Cobden Survey District: area, 1 acre 1 rood 25.6 perches,
more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 2A, folio 679,
reserving and excepting to the Bank of New South Wales, its
successors and assigns, the right to the minerals beneath the
surface of the above-described lots with full power and
authority to work, hew, and get the said minerals by under-
ground working without entering upon or in any manner
affecting or exercising any rights or powers whatsoever in or
over the surface of the said land.

Lots 15 and 16, Block IV, D.P. 148, being part Section 4,
Square 124, situated in Block II, Cobden Survey District: area,
1 rood and 8 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume
1A, folio 27, save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all
seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals, and
reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully
entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals a right of
ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
