Land Proclaimed as Road in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, and Previous Notice Revoked as to Part

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 31st day of May 1971, and published in Gazette, 10 June 1971, No. 42, page 1102, declaring land proclaimed as road in Block X, Puketi Survey District, and Block III, Pihanga Survey District, Taupo County, in so far as it affects the piece of land containing 7 acres and 26 perches thirdly described in the Schedule thereto; and, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29, and also hereby allocates the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.
