PURSUANT to section 4 of the Potato Growing Industry Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Charles Keith Sheddan (on the nomination of the New Zealand Grain Seed and Produce Merchants Federation) to be a member of the New Zealand Potato Board for a term of 3 years expiring on 15 October 1974.

Appointment of the Auckland Play Centres Association (Inc.) to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Auckland Play Centres Association (Inc.) to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

Appointment of the Wairarapa Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Wairarapa Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a soil conservation and river control reserve.
