A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of November 1971.

Pursuant to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Rodney County Council to reclaim from the Te Hana Creek, Kaipara Harbour, an area of 2 roods, more or less, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14250 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Local Agricultural Pests in Amuri, Kaipara, Otorohanga, Waikari, Waipa, and Wairarapa Pest Destruction District Declaration 1971.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
(1) The hare is hereby declared to be a pest of local importance in those pest destruction districts listed in the First Schedule to this order.
(2) The opossum is hereby declared to be a pest of local importance in those pest destruction districts listed in the Second Schedule to this order.
