CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 5th day of October 1971, published in Gazette, 14 October 1971, No. 75, page 2134, declaring revocation of the reservation over a reserve in Block X, Aria Survey District, for the area of land containing 5 acres and 0.08 perches described in the Schedule, read 5 acres and 8 perches, which latter area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of November 1971.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being described as follows:
