Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace and revokes
the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Heathcote County Council at current market value,
the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's
reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or
towards the improvement of other public reserves under the
control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other
land for public reserves.

The Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 2, 1971

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Grey County)
   Notice No. 2, 1971.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for
   the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. So much of the notice under section 3 of the Motor
   Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 19th day of Septem-
   ber 1938t, as relates to Brunner Borough (now Grey County)
   is hereby revoked.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Lyttelton-Bluff
Railway at Whitecraig

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Order in
Council No. 4289, for the purposes of the Lyttelton-Bluff
Railway on and after the 8th day of November 1971.
