FIRST SCHEDULE
SECTIONS 32 and 32A, and Crown land (old river bed),
Block IX, Jacobs River Hundred, containing an area of
114 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at the north-western corner of the said Section 32 at National
grid reference 116, 174, grid square S. 22; and proceeding
thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Sec-
tion 32 and that boundary produced across the old course
of the Aparima River to its left bank; thence south-easterly
generally along the left bank of the said old course to a
point in line with the southern boundary of the said Section
32; thence westerly to and along the southern boundary of
the said Section 32 to the eastern side of the Groper's Bush
to Waimatuku Main Highway; thence north-westerly along
the eastern side of the said main highway and the Thorn-
bury to Gropers Road to the point of commencement. All of
certificate of title, Volume 8, folio 64, and part of certificate
of title, Volume 86, folio 146.

As shown on plan numbered I.A. 52/487 and deposited in
the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 32 and 32A, and Crown land (part bed of Aparima
River), Block IX, Jacobs River Hundred, containing an area
of 120 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: Com-
mencing at the north-western corner, of the said Section 32,
at national grid reference 116, 174, grid square S. 22; and
proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the western
boundaries of the said Section 32 to its southernmost corner;
thence easterly and northerly along the northern and western
sides of a public road to its northernmost corner; thence due
east along a right line to the left (eastern) bank of the old
bed of the Aparima River; thence north-westerly generally
along the aforesaid left bank to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Section 32, Block IX, Jacobs River
Hundred; thence westerly along a right line to and along
that northern boundary to the point of commencement. Part
being part of certificate of title, Volume A2, folio 944.

As shown on a plan marked I.A. WIL. 34/17/1 deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington,
and thereon edged red.

Additional Land Taken for a Police Station in the Borough of
Mount Eden

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st
day of November 1971.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.15 of a perch situated in
Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Eden,
North Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 1607; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 25066 (S.O. 46836) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
12th day of October 1971.

Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 31 of
the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt,
Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for civic centre development and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 1st day of November 1971.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7.8 perches situated in Block
XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 2116. All certificate of
title, Volume 170, folio 278, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
22nd day of October 1971.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 1st day of November 1971.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 18 perches situated in
Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, City of Whangarei,
North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 41681.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 24988 (S.O. 46562) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
