A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II
of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 25th day of October 1971.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8.96 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 8, Deeds
Plan 103. All certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 69, Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of October 1971.

Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of

the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to section 37 of the State Services Remuneration
and Conditions of Employment Act 1969, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the
Minister of State Services hereby appoints the following persons to constitute the Government Service Tribunal:
The Chairman shall be Francis Duncan O'Flynn, Q.C.
The Official Member shall be William Hutchings;
The Member appointed on the joint nomination of the
service organisations shall be Ray Francis Hannan.
The period of appointment is for 3 years commencing on the
1st day of October 1971.

At the Government House at Wellington this 4th day of
October 1971
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council
of 28 October 1964*, granting control of the foreshore fronting
Whangamata County Town and control of the foreshore at
Penny's and Cemetery Bays to the Thames County Council,
by deleting the First Schedule and substituting the following
Schedule:
"FIRST SCHEDULE
"All that area of the foreshore adjoining Whangamata County
Town commencing at a right line drawn due north from the
easternmost corner of section 19, Block XVI, Tairua Survey
District, to low-water mark on the eastern bank of the Moana
Anuana River and extending in a generally northerly, easterly,
