published in Gazette, 2 September 1971, No. 65, page 1781 for
the words "North Auckland Land District" read "South Auckland
Land District" which last-mentioned words appear in
the original notice signed on behalf of the Board of Maori
Affairs.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road, as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 25th day of October 1971.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Takahue Survey

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for
a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.
