Licensing Opunake Co-operative Dairy Company Limited to Occupy a Site for a Pipeline at Middleton Bay

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits Opunake Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Middleton Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. 14208 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the licence of 18 October 1967* authorising National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Kaingaroa, Chatham Islands, as a site for a jetty and dolphin, as shown on plan M.D. 12712 is hereby amended by adding the symbols "and M.D. 14279" after the symbols "M.D. 12712".
