Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Ohakune Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Ohakune Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Alford Forest Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Franklin County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a community centre and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, in trust, for that purpose.

Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

Pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the 27th day of November 1970, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park as a reserve for the preservation of flora and fauna, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

All that group of islands and reefs known as the Aldermen Islands, situated in the Bay of Plenty in the North Auckland Land District: area, 330 acres, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/634, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 34773).

Pursuant to section 71 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and regulations made thereunder, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to authorise

Licensing the Scout Association of New Zealand to Occupy a Site for a Sea Scout Headquarters Building in Waitemata Harbour at Greenhithe

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits the Scout Association of New Zealand (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Waitemata Harbour at Greenhithe as shown on plan marked M.D. 14190 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a headquarters building for the Tauhinu Sea Scout Group as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
