Pursuant to section 32 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the following resolution made by the Meringa-Tokirima Pest Destruction Board on the 19th day of July 1971 is hereby published.
RESOLUTION
“THAT the number of elective members of the Board be nine members—composed of five members for No. 1 Ward and four members for No. 2 Ward.”

Counties Declared to be Areas in Which Owners of Cattle Shall Submit Their Cattle for Testing With the Brucellosis Test (Notice No. 92 Ag. 20311)
Pursuant to section 53 of the Animals Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares all those areas of land comprising the counties listed in the Schedule hereto for the time being constituted, and including all cities, boroughs, and town districts and other areas of land surrounded by or contiguous to these counties, to be an area for compulsory brucellosis testing, in which every owner of cattle, shall, as often as and in such manner as he may be required so to do by the Director-General of Agriculture, submit his cattle for testing with the Brucellosis test for the purposes of the said section on and from 1 September 1971.

The Traffic (Papakura Borough, Manukau City, and Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1971
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Papakura Borough, Manukau City, and Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1971.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notices under the Transport Act 1962 dated the 15th day of October 1970t and the 14th day of September 1967f respectively, which relate to Papakura Borough and Franklin County, are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Papakura Borough and Manukau City:
Beach Road (from the western boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 16 chains measured easterly generally along Beach Road from the said boundary).
Boundary Road.
Clevedon Road (from the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 24 chains measured easterly generally along Clevedon Road from the said boundary).
Croskery Road.
Dominion Road.
Hunua Road (from a point 21 chains measured southerly generally along Hunua Road from Settlement Road to the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough).
Opaheke Road (from Boundary Road to the southern boundary of Papakura Borough).
Park Estate Road.
Red Hill Road (from Gibbs Crescent to Settlement Road).
Settlement Road (from Dominion Road to Red Hill Road).

Situated within Papakura Borough, Manukau City, and Franklin County:
Beach Road (from a point 8 chains measured westerly generally along the southern side of Beach Road from the western boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 16 chains measured easterly generally along the said roadside from the said boundary).
Clevedon Road (from the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 24 chains measured easterly generally along Clevedon Road from the said boundary).
Dominion Road (from Settlement Road to Clevedon Road).

The Traffic (Whangaroa County) Notice No. 1, 1971
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangaroa County) Notice No. 1, 1971.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year, shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section, but, for the remainder of the year the said road is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notice under the Transport Act 1949 dated the 21st day of March 1958†, which relates to the Whangaroa County at Whangaroa, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Whangaroa County at Whangaroa:
Whangaroa Road (from Whangaroa Wharf to a point 48 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from the said wharf).
