The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1971
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1971.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SCHEDULE

Situated within Bruce County at Waihola:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from Castle Street to a point 6 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from Lakeview Street).

The Traffic (Balclutha Borough and Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1971

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Balclutha Borough and Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1971.
2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
5. The notice under the Transport Act 1949 dated the 24th day of June 1960†, which relates to Balclutha Borough, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Situated within Balclutha Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 1 chain measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Michie Street to the south-western boundary of Balclutha Borough and from the eastern boundary of Balclutha Borough to a point 16 chains measured westerly generally along the said State highway from the said eastern boundary).

SECOND SCHEDULE

Situated within Balclutha Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 1 chain measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Michie Street to the south-western boundary of Balclutha Borough).

THIRD SCHEDULE

Situated within Balclutha Borough and within Bruce County adjacent to Balclutha Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 16 chains measured westerly generally along the said State highway from the eastern boundary of Balclutha Borough to a point 13 chains measured easterly generally along the said State highway from the said boundary).
