HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Blackstone Pest Destruction District Order 1971.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 15th day of July 1971.

2. The boundaries of the Blackstone Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 3rd day of May 1950*, are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
