A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1971.

All those pieces of land situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Land in Otago Land District, Vested in the Otago Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—LAKE COUNTY

PART Lot 3, D.P. 8647, being part Section 1, Block XLVI, Town of Wanaka: area, 3 acres 2 roods. Part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 220. Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 8.14 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Town Belt (Hospital Reserve), Town of Wellington and being also Lot 5, D.P. 9047. All certificate of title, Volume 406, folio 219, Wellington Land Registry.
