CORRIGENDUM
In a notice dated 12 May 1971 and published in New Zealand Gazette of 20 May 1971, No. 37, page 943, Appointment of Members of the Lake Rotoiti Scenic Board, for “Hauoyu Kenneth Eru” read “Hauotu Kenneth Eru”, which appears in the original notice signed by the Governor-General.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Second Schedule to the notice dated the 14th day of May 1971, published in the Gazette, 27 May 1971, No. 38, page 991, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested and land allocated and vested in Block XIV, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County, for the area 2 acres 32.7 perches read 2 acres 2 roods 32.7 perches, which last-mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

In the Schedule to the notice declaring Maori land to be a water area appearing on page 1605 of New Zealand Gazette, No. 54, 10 September 1970, for “Block XIII (Patatere Survey District” read “Block XIII, Patetere South Survey District”, and for “Block VII, Ranginui Survey District” read “Block VIII, Ranginui Survey District”.

Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Motueka Survey District, Motueka Borough
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1971.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District, Borough of Motueka, Nelson R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 2 Part Lot 6, D.P. 1173, being part Section 156, District of Motueka; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 2.1 Part Lot 7, D.P. 1173, being part Section 156, District of Motueka; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25247 (S.O. 10954) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1971.
