PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Johannes Petrus Dykzeul of Whangarei, farmer, and Clasina Maria Dykzeul, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 236304, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ole Hojland Eskildsen, of Whangarei, auto electrician, subject to memorandum of mortgage 513160, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Rupert Henry Stirling Donaldson, of Whareora, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 404366, North Auckland Registry, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29
