The Fraser High School Board of Governors Notice 1971

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Fraser High School Board of Governors Notice 1971.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1971.

  1. The Board of Governors of Fraser High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;

(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;

(c) One member appointed by the Hamilton City Council;

(d) One member representing the employees in local industries, appointed by the Waikato District Trades Council, New Zealand Federation of Labour;

(e) One member elected by the associations of employers in local industries;

(f) One member appointed by the Technical and Fraser High School Old Girls' Association;

(g) One member appointed by the Technical and Fraser High School Old Boys' Association.

  1. This notice is in substitution for the Fraser High School Board of Governors Order 1968*.

The Taita College Board of Governors Notice 1971

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Taita College Board of Governors Notice 1971.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1972.

  1. The Board of Governors of Taita College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board.

(b) Seven members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school.

(c) One member appointed by the School Committee of the Taita Intermediate School.

(d) One member appointed by the Lower Hutt City Council.

(e) One member to be appointed by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  1. This notice is in substitution for the Taita Post Primary School Board of Governors Order 1956*.
