Closed Road Added to the Adjoining Scenic Reserve in Blocks VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XIII, XIV, and XV, Boyle Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Skiddaw Survey District, Amuri County

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims the closed road described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Closed Road

ALL that piece of closed road containing 70 acres situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI, XIV, and XV, Boyle Survey District, adjoining or passing through Reserve 4378; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24935 (S.O. 9752) deposited in the Office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
