of Gisborne aforesaid; thence south-easterly generally
along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Thirdly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District, County
of Cook, Gisborne Riding, containing 715 acres 2 roods, more
or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost
corner of Awapuni 1A 1 Block, being a point on the boundary
of the City of Gisborne as described in New Zealand Gazette,
1968, page 1715, and proceeding south-westerly generally along
the western boundary of the said 1A 1 Block, to and along
the northern boundary of Section 27, Block VI, Turanganui
Survey District, the south-eastern boundary of the 16-acre
parcel of Awapuni IL, and the south-eastern boundary of
Awapuni B 3 to its southernmost point, along the north-
eastern, northern, and western boundaries of part Awapuni
B 1 Block and the production of the last-mentioned boundary
across Awapuni Road to its southern side, along that roadside
to a point in line with the western side of Aerodrome Road;
thence northerly across Awapuni Road, to and along the
western side of Aerodrome Road, to and across the Palmer-
ston North-Gisborne railway, and again along the last-men-
tioned roadside for a distance of 130 links, along a right line
being the shortest distance across Aerodrome Road and along
the western boundaries of Section 36, Block II, Turanganui
Survey District, to the westernmost corner of that section;
thence easterly and north-easterly generally along the northern
boundaries of the said Section 36 and Section 35, Block II,
Turanganui Survey District, to and along the south-eastern
boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 2529, its production across the
Gisborne-Makaraka railway to and along the south-eastern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2529, to the southern side of State
Highway 35 and along that roadside to a point in line with
the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 4625, across State High-
way 35 to and along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 2
to the right bank of the Taruheru River, along that river bank
to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 33, D.P.
2895, along a right line in the direction of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of the Taruheru River, down the
middle of the Taruheru River to a point in line with the
eastern boundary of Section 9, Block II, Turanganui Survey
Districts (part Gisborne Domain), which boundary is part of
the boundary of the City of Gisborne aforesaid; thence
southerly and easterly generally to and along the boundary of
the City of Gisborne to the point of commencement.

Fourthly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District, County
of Cook, Whataupoko Riding containing 497 acres 1 rood,
more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the
middle of the Taruheru River in line with the western boun-
dary of Lot 33, D.P. 2895, and proceeding northerly generally
to and along that boundary to the southern side of Nelson
Road, along a right line across Nelson Road to and along
the western boundary of Lot 14, D.P. 2895, to the southern
boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 5211, along a right line across the
said Lot 2 to the westernmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. 2002, and
along the north-western boundary of that lot to the south-
western side of the Back Ormond Road, along that roadside to
the easternmost corner of Lot 7, D.P. 2285, along a right line
across Back Ormond Road to and along the north-western
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2882, along the north-eastern boun-
dary of the said Lot 1, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2,
D.P. 2882, and its production across Lot 1, D.P. 2217, to
the eastern boundary of that lot, which intersection is a point
on the boundary of the City of Gisborne as described in New
Zealand Gazette, 1968, page 1715; thence southerly and
westerly generally along that city boundary to a point in line
with the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block II, Turanganui
Survey District (Part Gisborne Domain), along the north-
westward production of the last-mentioned boundary to the
middle of the Taruheru River and up the middle of that river
to the point of commencement.

Fifthly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District, County
of Cook, Whataupoko Riding, containing 431 acres 3 roods 20
perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the
northernmost corner of that part Lot 39, D.P. 168, area 6
acres 1 rood 35.38 perches defined on S.O. Plan 5310, being
also a point on the boundary of the City of Gisborne as de-
scribed in New Zealand Gazette, 1968, page 1715, and pro-
ceeding south-easterly generally along a line parallel to the
north-western side of Valley Road to its intersection with a
line parallel to and distant 500 links northerly from the
northern side of Valley Road, along that line and further lines
parallel to and distant 500 links northerly from the northern
side of Valley Road to and along the south-western boundary
of part Lot 12, D.P. 395, and the south-western boundaries of
part Lot 2, D.P. 1091, Lot 13, D.P. 1174, Part Lot 1, D.P.
409, and Lot 10, D.P. 1174, to and along the western boundary
of Lot 17, D.P. 1174, and its production to the middle of
Dryden Street, along the middle of Dryden Street to the south-
western boundary of Lot 19, D.P. 1174, along that boundary

and the northern boundaries of Lots 21, 22, and 24, D.P. 249,
to and along the northern side of Shelley Street to the
southernmost corner of Lot 24, D.P. 249, along a right line
across Shelley Street to and along the north-western and
southern boundaries of part Lot 15, D.P. 249, and the southern
boundaries of part Lots 16, 17, and 18, D.P. 249, to the
western side of Hill Road, along the western, northern, and
eastern sides of Hill Road to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary of Lot 35, D.P. 5031, and along a right line
across Lot 4, D.P. 2647, and Lot 1, D.P. 1160, to the northern-
most corner of the said Lot 35, D.P. 5031, being also a point
on the boundary of the City of Gisborne aforesaid; thence
north-westerly generally along that boundary to the
point of commencement.

Sixthly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District, County
of Cook, Whataupoko Riding, containing 336 acres 1 rood 20
perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the
easternmost corner of part Lot 3 of 5, D.P. 471, being also the
southernmost point of the abutment of Hill Road and being
a point on the boundary of the City of Gisborne as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1968, page 1715, and proceeding
easterly generally along the northern and eastern boundaries
of Lot 3 of 6, D.P. 471, to the southernmost corner of that
Lot, along a right line across Lot 7, D.P. 250, to and along
the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1609, to its eastern-
most point, along a right line across part of lot 6, D.P. 1609,
to and along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries
of Lot 2 D.P. 1609, along the north-western boundaries of
Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 3793, Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 1609, and the
last-mentioned boundary produced across part of Lot 6, D.P.
1609, to and along north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
3328, to the northernmost corner of that Lot; along a right
line across part Lots 22 and 23, D.P. 250, to the westernmost
corner of Lot 1, D.P. 760, along the western and northern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 760, to the western side of River-
side Road, along a right line across Riverside Road to and
along the northern boundary of Lot 24, D.P. 1631, and its
production to the middle of the Waimata River, down the
middle of the Waimata River to a point in line with the
southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 1737, to and along that
boundary to its eastern extremity along a right line across a
public road to and along the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P.
1737, to the western side of Darwin Road, along a right line
across Darwin Road to the south-western corner of Lot 3,
D.P. 3596; thence southerly generally along the eastern sides
of Darwin Road for distances of 60.5 and 292.6 links and the
last-mentioned roadside produced 550 links into Lot 3, D.P.
1221, along a right line to the southernmost corner of the said
Lot 3 and along another right line, perpendicular to the south-
western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 1221, to and along that
boundary to the north-western side of Gaddums Hill Road,
along a right line across Gaddums Hill Road to the western-
most corner of part Lot 34, D.P. 484, being also a point on
the northern side of Herschell Road, along the northern and
north-eastern sides of Herschell Road for distances of 77.2,
140.6, 249.7, and 300.0 links, along a right line to the north-
westernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 1189, along the northern
and eastern boundaries of that lot and the eastern and southern
boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 1189, to the south-western corner
of that lot, along a right line, from that corner in the direction
of the intersection of the southern side of Tyndall Road and
the western side of Herschell Road, to the intersection of that
right line with another right line between the south-eastern
corner of Lot 1, D.P. 4167, and the southernmost corner of
Lot 1, D.P. 4065, along the last-mentioned right line to the
said southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 4065, along a right
line across Herschell Road and across Lot 37, D.P. 484, to
the northernmost corner of part Lot 38, D.P. 484, and along
the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of that lot to
the south-eastern corner of Lot 5, D.P. 5485, being a point
on the boundary of the City of Gisborne aforesaid; thence
northerly and north-westerly generally along that boun-
dary to the point of commencement.

Seventhly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District,
County of Cook, Whataupoko Riding, containing 1 acre 2
roods 16 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the western extremity of the southern boundary of Lot
1, D.P. 4533, being a point on the boundary of the City of
Gisborne as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1968, page
1715, and proceeding south-westerly along a right line to a
point on the eastern boundary of part Kaiti 295 Block, 530
links north of the southernmost corner of that block and being
also a point on the boundary of the City of Gisborne afore-
mentioned; thence northerly and easterly along that boundary
to the point of commencement.

Eighthly, all that area in the Gisborne Land District, County
of Cook, Whataupoko Riding, containing 327 acres 1 rood
20 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at
the easternmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. 2705, being a point on
the boundary of the City of Gisborne as described in New
