A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and that the land described in the said First Schedule shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patangata and that the land described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipukurau as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1971.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23.1 perches situated in Block III, Motuotaraia Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke's Bay R.D., being part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 553, being part Block 56, Waipukurau Crown Grant District.

SECOND SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 32.6 perches situated in Block III, Motuotaraia Survey District, Waipukurau County, Hawke's Bay R.D., being part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 553, being part Block 59, Waipukurau Crown Grant District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21965 (S.O. 5391) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

Land Taken for Street Purposes in the City of Auckland and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of February 1971, published in the Gazette, 25 February 1971, No. 14, page 286, and deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as No. A. 538470, taking land for street in the City of Auckland, and in lieu thereof I hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1971.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

South Auckland Pest Destruction District Change of Name and Vesting Order 1971 (Notice No. 11 Ag. 20891)

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day of May 1971
Present:
THE HON. J. RAE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the South Auckland Pest Destruction District Change of Name and Vesting Order 1971.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The name South Auckland given to the Pest Destruction District constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of April 1971* is hereby changed to Franklin-Manukau.
  3. The real and personal property of the Waiuku, Ararimu, and Franklin County Pest Destruction Boards which were abolished by Order in Council on the 1st day of April 1971* is hereby vested in the Franklin-Manukau Pest Destruction Board.
