A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1971.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 11.5 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., comprising parts of Town Sections 64 and 65 and being Lot 13, D.P. 2112. All certificate of title, Volume 208, folio 176, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of June 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 21st day of June 1971.
