HAWKE'S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work namely the River Channel Improvement Works to the Kahumoko Stream, being part of the Heretaunga Plains Flood Control Scheme, and for the purposes of or in connection with such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby given that a plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board situate in Vautier Street, Napier, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the said catchment board at its office aforesaid, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

Notice is hereby given that the Kiwitea County Council intends to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, and construct a road thereon.

A copy of the plan defining the said lands (S.O. Plan 28123) is deposited at the office of the Kiwitea County Council, Kimbolton, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

Every person affected who may wish to object to the taking of the said land or to the construction of the said road is required to set forth his objection in writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Kiwitea County Council, Box 6, Kimbolton.

If any objection shall be received, a public hearing of the objection will be heard unless the objector otherwise requires. Each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Pukekohe Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute a certain public work, namely, sanitary works as defined in section 25, Health Act 1956, in the Borough of Pukekohe, and for the purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above described is so required to be taken, is deposited in the public office of the Pukekohe Borough Council, Municipal Chambers, King Street, Pukekohe, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Pukekohe Borough Council, Municipal Chambers, King Street, Pukekohe.
