THE following particulars are advertised pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908.

The certificate itself can be inspected during the hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday at the Supreme Court Office at Auckland, the certificate being registered under Special Partnership 3/71.

  1. That a Special Partnership under Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, is hereby constituted under the name and style of Kalmac Property Consultants Limited’s Harbour Court Syndicate.

  2. The business for which the partnership is formed is the purchase of a property being 31.3 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 48321, situate on King Edward Parade, Devonport, and being part of Allotment 18A, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna, and to develop thereon for sale eight home units.

  1. The partnership shall commence from the registration of this certificate in the Supreme Court registry at Auckland and shall terminate when the referred home units have been sold and all partners have been accounted to or 7 years from the date of registration, whichever is the earlier.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the Matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute a certain public work, namely, street purposes in the City of Auckland and for the purposes of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the said fee simple estate required to be taken is deposited in the Planning Department, Eighth Floor, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building, Auckland. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the council meeting at which the hearing will be held.
