ALL that piece of land containing seven decimal nine perches (7.9) situated in the City of Tauranga, at 353 Waihi Road, being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan S. 9350, situated in Block 10, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title No. 10c/931 (South Auckland Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated on Survey Office Plan 45648, and thereon coloured blue.

CITY OF PAPATOETOE
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Purchase of Land and Buildings Redemption Loan No. 10, $20,000
THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Papatoetoe City Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan of twenty thousand dollars authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe City Council under the above-named Act, for the purpose of paying on maturity that portion of the Purchase of Land and Buildings Loan 1960, which matures on the 12th day of June 1971, the said Papatoetoe City Council hereby makes a special rate of point nought one two six cents in the dollar (.0126c) upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Papatoetoe, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of three thousand dollars ($3,000) authorised to be raised by the Devonport Borough Council pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Building Loan 1969 of $30,000 was sanctioned, the said Devonport Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought one eight cents (.0018c) in the dollar upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Devonport, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 28th day of July in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of not more than 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on 19 May 1971.

SOUTHLAND HARBOUR BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan No. 2, 1971—$321,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Southland Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $321,500 authorised to be raised by the Southland Harbour Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of Loan No. 14, 1952—$7,779,200; Renewal Loan No. 2, 1961—$337,380; and Renewal Loan No. 2, 1965—$1,296,800, which mature during the year ended 30 September 1972 by conversion and cash application, the said Southland Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of 0.005094 of a cent in the dollar upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property in the Southland Harbour District as constituted by the Bluff Harbour Empowering Act 1949, being part of the rate authorised by section 8 of the Bluff Harbour Improvement Act 1952, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of June and the 1st day of December in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 23½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Southland Harbour Board held on 25 May 1971.

WAIPUKURAU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waipukurau Borough Camping Ground Improvements Loan 1970, $20,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waipukurau Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the principal and interest repayments on the Waipukurau Borough Camping Ground Improvements Loan 1970, $20,000, authorised to be raised by the Waipukurau Borough Council for the purpose of erecting and furnishing cabins, and kitchen, ablution and toilet block at the Waipukurau Camping Ground, the Waipukurau Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of point nought eight seven five of a cent (.0875) in the dollar on all rateable property in the Borough of Waipukurau, on the basis of the unimproved value, such special rate to be an annually recurring rate for a term of 25 years or until the loan is fully repaid.”

MACKENZIE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Albury Water Supply Loan 1970, $76,000
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mackenzie County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the Albury Water Supply Loan 1970, $76,000 authorised to be raised by the MacKenzie County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a rural water supply scheme within the Albury water race district, the said MacKenzie County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal 0.18691 cents in the dollar upon the capital value of all rateable property in the Albury water race district and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the MacKenzie County Council held on 7 May 1971.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Fairlie County Town Sewerage Loan No. 2, 1971—$29,400
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the MacKenzie County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the Fairlie County Town Sewerage Loan No. 2, 1971—$29,400 authorised to be raised by the MacKenzie County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing sewerage treatment works and installing an additional sewer main to service Fairlie township, the said MacKenzie County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal 2.8204 cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the county town of Fairlie and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the MacKenzie County Council held on 7 May 1971.
