SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1971.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

Acquisition of Land for Recreation Purposes

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-MIRIA HINARAPA RECREATION RESERVE--COROMANDEL COUNTY

PART Kirche Block, situated in Block I, Whitianga Survey District: area, 9 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1532, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 45396).

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 27.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of the land have been changed due to survey; and whereas it is desired to release certain parcels of the land from the provisions of Part XXIV aforesaid; and whereas it is desired to replace the notice aforesaid by further notices referring to the balance of the land under the present appellation.

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 28.

  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

  3. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to sections 330 and 331 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 29.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
