PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Eden as from the date herein after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall taken effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1971.
