CORRIGENDUM

In the Schedule to the notice dated the 18th day of March 1971, published in the Gazette, 22 April 1971, No. 29, p. 700, setting apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 land held for State housing purposes, for the area of 27.7 perches and the description Lot 62 of the piece of land secondly described, read 27 perches and Lot 63 respectively, which last-mentioned area and description appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Allocating Railway Land for Road in Block II, Glenomaru Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Catlins River Branch of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Glenomaru Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 0 27.8 Part Section 15.

1 0 38.3 Part Section 7.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24048 (S.O. 16842) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1971.

Land Taken for the Establishment and Development of the Turangi Township in Block III, Pihanga Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964, and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Pihanga Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 3 7.7 Part Ohuanga North 5B 3A; coloured orange on plan.

0 0 0.2 Part Ohuanga North 5B 3A; coloured blue on plan.

0 0 14.1 Part Ohuanga North 5B 3A; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24983 (S.O. 26965) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1971.

Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Manukau

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1971.
