The Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1971.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The notice dated the 25th day of August 1964†, which relates to Vincent County at Lake Hawea, is hereby revoked.

Postal and Telegraph Reserve at Palmerston North Set Apart for Railway Purposes

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes. This declaration shall take effect from and after the 22nd day of March 1971.
