PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 29th day of
September 1970, and published in Gazette, 15 October 1970,
No. 63, p. 1869, declaring land proclaimed as road, road
closed and incorporated in deferred payment licence, road
closed and vested, in Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District,
Wairoa County, in so far as it affects the road described in
the Second Schedule thereto; and, pursuant to section 29 of
the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, hereby proclaims
that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in deferred
payment licence No. D.P.F. 107 held by Raymond David
Stevenson, of Nuhaka, farmer, recorded in register book,
Volume 133, folio 130, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
