Board Appointed to Have Control of the Coates Memorial Church, Matakoho

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

the District Officer, Department of Internal Affairs, Auckland, or his deputy, ex officio;

the District Architect, Ministry of Works, Auckland, or his deputy, ex officio;

a member of the Otamatea County Council representing the Matakoho Riding, to be appointed in that behalf by the County Council;

Allan Edward Ball;
Donald Hollingworth Battley;
William Alexander Preston;
Sheila Marjorie Pryde; and Joseph Sterling

to be the Coates Memorial Church Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a national memorial.

Constituting Culverden Urban Fire District

Pursuant to section 18 of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby declares the Culverden Secondary Urban Fire District in the County of Amuri (as delineated on plan numbered E.S.C. 1/35/1 and deposited in the office of the Fire Service Council) to be an urban fire district by the name of the Culverden Urban Fire District.
