Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Restrictions, for Maori Housing Purposes, in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County, and Previous Declaration Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated the 8th day of July 1970 published in Gazette, 30 July 1970, No. 44, p. 1317, declaring land taken, subject to a building line restriction, for Maori housing purposes in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line restriction imposed by S. 55430, and the right of way created by transfer S.372271, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 8th day of March 1971.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act, 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 8th day of March 1971.
