The Parakai Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Parakai Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Parakai Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

2. Area for Distribution of Profits—(1) The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking clause 5, and substituting the following clause:

“5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute its profits, pursuant to section 44 (1) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the same area as that described in clause 4 of this notice.”

(2) The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby revoked.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Thistle Inn, Wellington

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by section 3 of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 3 February 1971, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Thistle Inn, Wellington, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours of 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.
